This was the highlight of our week in Hurghada. Horses were calm, healthy and matched to our level, which was my main worry. The transfer from Soma Bay took about twenty minutes each way. If you do one desert trip in Hurghada, make it this one.

We almost skipped this and I am so glad we did not. Helmets available, honest price, no pushing for tips. A handler walked beside the beginners for the first part and the pace stayed gentle.
