Many experiences are operated by vetted local suppliers. Egypt Safari sets listing standards, manages booking information, supports guests, and works with operators and stables to keep quality, safety, pickup, and communication clear.

A booking can depend on supplier availability, weather, route access, equipment, horse matching, group size, or local operating conditions.
Each tour page shows what is included, what is not included, duration, pickup rules, age guidance, difficulty, and cancellation information when available.
Large groups, private routes, custom timings, special meals, and supplier-only setups may need extra confirmation before payment or final approval.
Prices are shown before you confirm the booking. Depending on the tour, you may be able to reserve now and pay on arrival, pay by card online, or pay through PayPal.
Online card payments are processed by Stripe. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. Egypt Safari does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or private PayPal login details. Payment pages and checkout data are handled through secure payment providers.
Some banks, payment providers, or card issuers may apply currency conversion, international card, or service fees. Those third-party fees are controlled by the payment provider or your bank, not Egypt Safari.
Cancellation rules are explained on our Cancellation policy page. Most standard tours allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before confirmed pickup, but private, custom, and limited-capacity bookings can have different rules.
Eligible online refunds are returned through the original payment method. Stripe and PayPal refund timing can vary, and after a refund is processed it can take up to 30 days to appear in your account.
Date changes and pickup changes depend on supplier availability, vehicle capacity, horse matching, route timing, and how close the request is to the trip time.
Guests must follow guide instructions, safety briefings, helmet and equipment rules, horse handler guidance, age rules, and route restrictions. Unsafe behavior can lead to refusal of service without refund.
Desert activities can involve dust, heat, uneven ground, animals, moving vehicles, and outdoor conditions. Guests should wear suitable desert-friendly clothes, closed shoes, sunglasses, and bring any personal medication they need.
If you are pregnant, have a back, neck, heart, mobility, breathing, or medical condition, tell our team before booking so we can help choose a suitable ride or advise against unsafe activities.
Reviews are intended for real guests. To keep reviews trusted, the review form may require a customer account or confirmed Egypt Safari booking reference.
Guests must not submit fake, abusive, illegal, or misleading content. Egypt Safari may remove reviews or messages that break these rules or expose private information.
