Booking data: name, phone, WhatsApp, email, hotel, pickup area, trip date, guest count, and any notes you share. Account data if you create a customer account. Payment status through Stripe or PayPal, without full card details. Support and review data you submit.
How we use data
We use your data to process bookings, confirm pickup, handle cancellations, issue invoices, respond to support questions, coordinate with suppliers, and keep your experience smooth.
Secure payment handling runs through Stripe and PayPal. Egypt Safari does not store full card numbers, CVV, PayPal login, or bank passwords.
Who sees your data
Booking data is not public. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with unauthorized people. Access is limited to our team and the trusted supplier team needed to run the booking. Supplier access is practical and limited: pickup, guest count, timing, contact, and relevant notes.
Cookies and local data
We use cookies and local storage for preferences, booking flow, account access, and performance. Cookies and local device data are not sold or given to unauthorized parties.
Data retention
We keep booking, accounting, support, payment, refund, chargeback, safety, legal, and review integrity data for as long as reasonably needed. If you want to request access, correction, or deletion of your data, contact us.
